Tokidokie Cookies is an artisan hand-iced biscuit brand founded by Birmingham-based artist and illustrator Hoon Yoon. The name "Tokidokie" comes from her native toungue Japanese word tokidoki, meaning "sometimes", reflecting the spontaneous way Hoon first discovered biscuit decorating.
