Order Minimums & Design Fee
Order processing times vary depending on the quantity requested. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us at least 3-4 weeks before your desired delivery date. For larger orders of over 50 pieces, we require at least 5 weeks' notice. If your order is needed sooner, a 20% rush fee may apply.
Our standard biscuits contain wheat gluten, eggs, and milk. Please note that our kitchen may also handle nuts, sesame, and peanuts. For vegan, vegetarian, or other dietary requirements, please get in touch so we can accommodate your needs.
We have a minimum spend of £60 for bespoke orders, which includes the design and creation of custom cookie cutters. Additionally, our minimum order quantities are:
12 biscuits for individually packed options
6 sets for boxed biscuits.
